Shaya Kara is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social impact and community development. Currently serving as the Social Impact Project Manager at SEPHORA, Shaya previously held various leadership roles at Coro Northern California, including Director of Alumni & Donor Engagement, where responsibilities included major donor lifecycle management and establishing innovative programs like "The Launchpad." Prior to this, Shaya directed community development initiatives at the YMCA of San Francisco and completed a graduate-level fellowship through Coro, which involved consulting projects across multiple sectors. Shaya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, with a minor in Philosophy.
