Rodolphe de Mol currently serves as COO for South East Asia and Oceania at SEPHORA, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rodolphe was COO and CFO for Greater China at Lacoste from May 2016 to August 2024, overseeing finance, IT, supply chain, and strategy. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Carrefour from September 2003 to April 2016, ranging from Strategy Director to Financial Controller, and a tenure as Senior Financial Auditor at KPMG Belgium from September 2000 to September 2003. Rodolphe's educational background includes a leadership program at IMD, a Master's in Financial Risk Management from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, and another Master's in Business/Managerial Economics from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, along with an Erasmus exchange at Stockholm University.
