Dawn Hu is a seasoned marketing operations professional with extensive experience in management consulting and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Operations - Systems & Tools at SEPHORA since January 2024, Dawn previously worked as a Consultant at Propeller from August 2021 to January 2024, focusing on solving complex problems. Prior to that, from June 2015 to August 2021, Dawn held various positions at State Street, including Assistant Vice President for the Confirmation Utility product and Lean Consultant, where responsibilities included project management, process improvement, and client relationship management. Dawn began the career in the Transfer Agency as a Business Analyst and Senior Associate. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Boston College, completed in 2015.
