Catherine Spindler is the President for Europe & the Middle East at Sephora since February 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Lacoste, where Catherine served as Deputy CEO and Chief Brand Officer, as well as Board Member at Pandora from February 2020 to January 2025. Catherine's previous positions also encompass leadership as Managing Director for the French Market and Chief Marketing Officer at Veepee, along with roles at Adot and Groupe Rocher. Early career experience includes various marketing and management roles at Yves Rocher and Guerlain. Catherine holds a degree from EDHEC Business School and has been recognized as an Olfactotherapist since 2008.
