Jeff Lambert began their work experience at Ball in 1986, where they started as a Programmer/Analyst before being promoted to the role of Senior Programmer/Analyst in 1988. In 1990, they transitioned to SEP, where they held various roles, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Program Manager, and eventually Engineering Manager in 2003. Throughout their career, Jeff Lambert demonstrated their expertise and commitment to the field of engineering and software development.

Jeff Lambert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Jeff attended the institute from 1982 to 1986.
