Wouter Vermeulen is currently serving as the Clusterhoofd Zorg & Sociale Zekerheid at SEO Economisch Onderzoek. Prior to this role, Wouter worked at Centraal Planbureau as a Programmaleider Zorg and as a Programmaleider decentrale overheden. With a background in Ruimelijke Economie, Wouter obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Vrije Universiteit. Wouter also holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Economie from Tinbergen Instituut and a Master's degree in Wiskunde from Universiteit Utrecht.
