He is President Director of the Company who has the duties and responsibilities of managing the Company’s business and coordinating the duties of the Board and Director.

President Director also has duties and responsibilities in the areas of Internal Audit, Quantity Surveyor and Procurement, Site Plan Urban Design, Surveyor, Engineering, Project Construction, Sales Club, Product and Marketing Reasearch, Marketing Communication and Human Capital. He is 59 Years old and Indonesian Citizen.

He finished his study at the Faculty of Architectural Engineering, Soegijapranata University, Semarang.

The legal basis for his appointment as a Member of Board of Directors is in accordance with the Deed of Minutes of General Meeting of the Shareholders Number: 38 dated October 14th 2020, made by Elizabeth Karina Leonita, SH., M.Kn., Notary in Bogor City.

Apart from serving as the Director of the Company, he also serves as the Director of PT Ega Sentosa Jaya until now.

His Working experinces of working for Biesse Group, Italy (1994).
