Brandon Young is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer at SentryOne since June 2017, specializing in the design and development of applications using C#, Typescript, React, and various frameworks like WPF, Windows Services, and Entity Framework. Prior to SentryOne, Brandon held positions including Senior Staff Information Systems Architect at Charles Schwab, Lead Software Developer at Duke Energy, and Senior Software Developer at LendingTree, where extensive experience was gained in multi-tier enterprise applications and web services. Brandon began their career at IBM, focusing on application software for automated line control, and served in the United States Navy as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with completion of courses at MongoDB University and the Naval Nuclear Power School.
