Lipi Hurtado is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in overseeing manufacturing and sales teams within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sentry Equipment since January 2018, Lipi is responsible for the daily management of production assembly, inside sales, engineering, and production control staff while ensuring project deadlines are met through effective communication with the outside sales team. Prior to this role, Lipi held leadership positions at Unique Valve and Instrumentation, first as VP of Operations managing diverse teams across multiple locations, and earlier as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included developing operational models and collaborating with supply chain and engineering teams.
