Charlotte Smith is an experienced product owner and QA engineer currently working at Sentric since October 2021. Prior to this role, Charlotte served as a junior QA and apprentice QA at MSite from September 2018 to October 2021. Charlotte completed a Software Development Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship through QA Apprenticeships from January 2019 to January 2020 and attended Notre Dame Liverpool from 2011 to 2018.
