Tina Woodhart currently serves as the Head of People at SentiLink and is a member of The Post since July 2024. Previously, Tina held roles including VP of People Operations and Senior Director of People Operations at Billd and Director of Total Rewards and People Technology at Bench Accounting. Tina's expertise encompasses the research, design, and implementation of total rewards programs, HR technology strategy, and optimizing People Operations processes for over 700 employees. Notable earlier experience includes work as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, providing change management and organizational strategy across diverse global clients, and serving as an independent consultant for a major transformation portfolio in Europe. Tina's professional journey began in sports, achieving success as a High-Performance Athlete with the British Rowing Team, highlighted by participation in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Educational qualifications include a Management Accounting Certificate from CIMA and a degree from the University of Nottingham, along with a Prince2 Certification in Project Management.
