Mark Hormann currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sentient Energy and Managing Partner at Accurant International, LLC, where the focus is on investing in growth-stage energy technology and climate tech companies. Hormann holds board positions at 60Hertz Energy and FlexCharging, and serves as a board observer for SparkMeter. Previously, Hormann was Vice President of US Sales at Opus One Solutions Energy Corp., where responsibilities included go-to-market strategy and growth before the company was acquired by GE. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Varentec, Inc., eMeter Corporation, and Siemens Energy, focusing on strategy, sales, and business development within the energy sector. Hormann holds an MBA with honors from Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
