Christine D. currently serves as Legal Counsel at Sentiem since September 2023. Prior to this role, Christine worked as a Legal Secondee at IBM from February 2023 to August 2023, focusing on privacy, data protection, regulatory compliance, and contract reviews. Christine's experience as a Trainee Solicitor at CMS spanned from August 2021 to August 2023, with assignments in corporate transactions, leveraged finance, and multiple secondments, including one at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, from February 2022 to August 2022, Christine worked in the Equity Capital Markets Legal team, handling contracts and derivatives transaction analysis. Additionally, as a Paralegal at Envestors from April 2019 to September 2020, Christine prepared share option contracts while pursuing legal studies. Christine holds a Legal Practice Course (LPC LLM) and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from The University of Law, along with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Further studies include a Mandarin program at Tsinghua University.
