Pilar G. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pilar currently holds the position of Director of Education at Senteo since April 2020. Before that, Pilar founded and served as the CEO of Persona Consulting in 2017. Pilar also worked as an External Consultant at Grupo Herdez from 2016-2017 and as an Implementation Project Manager & Operations Manager at Ruckleville Frozen Yogurt from 2015-2016. Pilar has a long history with Senteo, starting in 2005 as the Director of Project Management until 2016. Pilar also worked as a Business Consultant at Dreamspace Community from 2008-2014, and as a Senior Project Manager at allen international in 2004. Pilar began their career at JohnRyan, Inc. in 1996, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager & Account Manager until 2003.

Pilar G. obtained a PMP, Project Management Professional degree from the Institute of Project Management in 2005. Pilar also completed a Coach Master Certificate from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico in 2017. Earlier, they obtained a degree in English Language and Literature, specifically a Licenciada en Filología Inglesa, from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in 1992.
