Shannon Becker, holding a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy Technician/Assistant and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northern Kentucky University, has extensive experience in healthcare information systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Systems for Clinical Systems and previously as IT Director of AR Management Systems at Sentara Health since September 2021, Shannon has also held several roles at Bon Secours Mercy Health, including Epic Revenue Cycle Applications Manager and various managerial positions in hospital billing and claims from 2010 to 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Dermatology Tech in the US Army from 1997 to 2005 and pursuing higher education at Daviess County High School, where honors were achieved.
