Dave Manley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mission systems architecture, cloud computing, and advanced analytics. Currently serving as the Chief Mission Systems Architect at SAIC since 2014, Dave focuses on developing advanced space mission systems and has played a key role in NASA's Lunar Gateway project. Previous roles include Chief Mission Systems Architect at TASC, Chief Cloud & Cyber Architect at Cyberco, and Chief Technology Officer at InGo, where Dave contributed to innovative cloud-native solutions. Dave's foundational experience includes positions as Program Manager for the US Army's Big Data initiatives and Chief Mission Systems Engineer for the Joint NRO and NGA Space NTM Program. Dave retired from the US Air Force as a Major, holding various engineering and leadership roles. Dave holds an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy.
