Tracy Santoro is a seasoned sales and engineering professional with extensive experience in the pump and water treatment industry. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Xylem since December 2022, Tracy previously held the position of Outside Sales Engineer at Hayes Pump, Inc., focusing on technical sales for municipalities in New England. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Watts Water Technologies, where Tracy oversaw the design and production of custom rain harvesting systems, and Design Engineer at Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, contributing to water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment projects. Earlier experience includes Application Engineer at Geiger Pump & Equipment Company and internships at Scroll and Flowserve Corporation. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed additional training through Dale Carnegie.
