Kathleen Flahive is the Director of Marketing at Sensory Interactive. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, most recently with CBRE and Bixal.
At CBRE, Kathleen led a team of marketing specialists and graphic designers supporting business development marketing activities for the Mid-Atlantic Division. Kathleen partnered closely with sales leaders to understand Division strategy and sales goals, and effectively align marketing materials to win new business. Kathleen also provided strategy development and subject matter expertise for client-marketing materials, and drove continuous improvement of marketing content, materials, and processes.
Prior to CBRE, Kathleen was a Senior Marketing and Communications Strategist with Bixal. In this role, they partnered with corporate leadership to define goals and developed a strategy and processes to reach them. Kathleen also developed, documented, and implemented revised business development and proposal processes to identify, pursue, and win new contracts that aligned to corporate strategy. In addition, they managed proposal responses, developing schedules, selecting authors, reviewing and editing draft materials, and facilitating review meetings and processes.
Kathleen's experience in marketing and business development has helped their hone their skills in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, team leadership, and effective communication. These skills have served their well in their current role as Director of Marketing at Sensory Interactive.
Kathleen Flahive received a BA from Georgetown University in English and Anthropology.
Kathleen Flahive reports to William Talley, Executive Director, Digital Experiences. They work with Roy Watson - Managing Director, Design and Strategy, Mark Petterson - Associate Director, Design and Strategy.
