Maurits van der Donk has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maurits currently works as the Head of Customer Success at Sensorfact since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Bain & Company, where they served as a Senior Manager from July 2022 to October 2023. Maurits held previous roles as Manager and Consultant at the same company from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Maurits co-founded Coaching during COVID-19, a non-profit organization, in April 2020. Maurits gained experience as a New Product Lead during an MBA internship at Drip Capital in 2019. Earlier in their career, Maurits worked at the Schiphol Group as a Graduate Intern in 2014. Maurits also had internships at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern in 2014 and at Philips as a Supply Chain Intern in 2013. Maurits holds a position as a Student-assistant at the Valorisation Centre at Delft University of Technology from 2012 to 2013 and was a Team Member at International Research Projects Delft from December 2012 to June 2013.

Maurits van der Donk has a strong educational background, starting with their pre-university education at Maerlant Lyceum from 2000 to 2007. Maurits then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, Maurits had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore, focused on Civil Engineering. Continuing their studies, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from Delft University of Technology between 2012 and 2015. Most recently, they attended the prestigious Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
