Melissa Blashka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as President at Sensorex, Inc., a division of Halma PLC, since April 2024, Melissa also contributes to the Board of Directors of the Measurement, Control & Automation Association. Previously, Melissa held the position of President at Cosasco, a division of Halma PLC, from November 2022 to April 2024, and spent over a decade at Crane Co. in various leadership capacities, including Vice President/General Manager Industrial & Hazardous. Melissa’s background includes significant roles in supply chain management and procurement across several leading companies, where Melissa has developed and executed strategic initiatives that led to substantial cost savings and operational improvements. Melissa holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
