Marcel Michiels has extensive experience in technical support and management within the technology and consumer electronics sectors, currently serving as Technical Support Supervisor for the EMEA region at Sensitech since March 2013. Previous roles include overseeing technical support teams across both EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and a tenure as Senior Technical Support Specialist at Sensitech. Marcel's earlier career at Canon Europa NV spanned nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing the consumer support website and leading technical support teams. Marcel began their career with roles at PTT Telecom and CAJA. Marcel holds a BSc in Electronics from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and additional diplomas in Electronics and general secondary education.
