Nadia Grozdanova Stanimirova

Production Engineering ASIC Testing at Sensirion

Nadia Grozdanova Stanimirova has a strong background in production engineering and backend integrated circuit (IC) design. Nadia Grozdanova began their career in 1999 as an Implementation Specialist at Zarlink Semiconductor, where they worked until 2005. During this time, they gained experience in implementation tasks and provided support for their work package in the digital flow of sub-micron technologies.

In 2005, Stanimirova joined ST-Ericsson as a Backend IC Designer. In this role, they were responsible for a range of tasks, including concept development, simulation, synthesis, layout, verification, and evaluation of mixed-signal integrated circuits. Nadia Grozdanova also played a crucial role in aligning flow and technology requirements for cutting-edge nanometer CMOS processes. Additionally, they provided support and assistance to team members and participated in discussions to address flow and backend issues.

In 2012, Stanimirova joined Sensirion as a Production Engineering ASIC Testing professional. In this position, they ensured smooth collaboration between the production and ASIC test development groups. Nadia Grozdanova also evaluated products and prepared reports on their evaluation and qualifications. Furthermore, they developed and implemented the backend flow for ASIC products, integrating CPF and MSV.

Throughout their career, Stanimirova has demonstrated expertise in production engineering, backend IC design, and implementation tasks. Nadia Grozdanova has consistently shown their ability to collaborate effectively, provide technical and administrative support, and align flow and technology requirements for successful IC development.

Nadia Grozdanova Stanimirova obtained a Master of Science degree in Microelectronics Systems Design from the University of Southampton from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Microelectronic Technique and Technology, earning the title of Honoured Electronic Engineer from an unnamed institution between 1982 and 1986.
