James Phillips is currently the Director of Partnerships at Sense, a company that provides automated communication and engagement technology for enterprise recruiting teams. Prior to that, James held various roles in companies such as CareerBuilder, Capstone Logistics, and TMX Finance Family of Companies. James has a background in technical recruiting, sales engineering, talent acquisition, and human capital consulting. James also has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/ Legal Studies from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Pre-Law from Coastal Carolina University.
