Lalit Gautam has been in the tech industry since 2015. In that year, they joined Handscart.com as a Director Board of Directors, where they were responsible for the Blockchain for Social Impact, empowering communities through Art. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Sensegrass, an Agtech and FoodTech company. In 2020, they were awarded the MIT 35 Under 35 and became a Startup Mentor for the Global Entrepreneurship Network and STARTUP Anywhere. Lalit also became a Miller Center GSBI Mentor at Santa Clara University and a Solutions Specialist at Solar Impulse Foundation. In 2021, they became a Student Mentor at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a Startup Mentor for the World Food Programme.
Lalit Gautam began their education in 2002, when they attended DAV Centenary Public School and obtained their High School degree in 2003. Lalit then attended MHS Public School from 2003 to 2005, and obtained their Senior Secondary degree in PCB. Following this, they attended Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor In Pharmaceutical Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. In 2010, Lalit Gautam attended Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, where they obtained their MBA in International Business and Entreprenuership in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Lalit Gautam obtained a Climate Change Leader certification from The Climate Reality Project in July 2019, and a French Diploma from the French Cultural Center in April 2016.
