Tony Hedger is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service management and instruction. As the Kitchen Manager at Senior Services Plus since February 2014, Tony oversees the preparation of over 1,000 meals daily and manages the school house grill, while also handling various catering and special event initiatives. Prior to this role, Tony served as a Chef Instructor at L'Ecole Culinaire from January 2006 to May 2014, and as Executive Pastry Chef at UCSB from November 2004 to April 2005, where responsibilities included preparing bakery items for up to 1,600 students daily, managing a team of three staff members.
