Tanisha Hunter Heaston has extensive experience in education and insurance, currently serving as the Principal of Treadwell Elementary School at Shelby County Schools since June 2014. In addition, Tanisha has held the role of Insurance Agent at Senior Life Insurance Company since May 2017 and has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Cambridge College since August 2009. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal at Memphis City Schools from January 2009 to May 2014. Tanisha holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from The University of Memphis.
