Rob Vaughan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of Senior Flexonics since June 2015, Vaughan leads the Thermal Management Business Unit, focusing on highly engineered heat exchange systems for automotive and off-highway markets, with an emphasis on vehicle electrification. Previously, Vaughan held positions at Tata Steel in Europe, including Business Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed worldwide markets and profit maximization strategies, resulting in significant financial growth. Earlier experience includes a Commercial Account Manager role at Corus, overseeing non-UK sales and achieving over £60 million in annual sales. Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Medical Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The University of Birmingham.
