Josh Devenyns is an accomplished Development Manager at Seneca Group since October 2014, bringing over 12 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Seneca, Josh held the position of Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Real Estate Solutions from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities included co-leading the Project Management Group in the Pacific Northwest and providing independent project management consultancy across the region and beyond. Earlier in their career, Josh served as Assistant Construction Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator at Washington Real Estate Holdings from 2002 to 2006, contributing significantly to various construction projects. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Willamette University and studied Reconciliation and Development in South Africa at the School for International Training.
