Sandra Calandra, SPHR has extensive experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Sandra currently serves as the Executive Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Seneca Gaming Corporation, where Sandra supports various initiatives such as Team Member Engagement, Leadership Development, and DEI Initiatives. Previously, Sandra held roles at Independent Health, M&T Bank, and ClientLogic, focusing on strategic programs, recruitment, and employee benefits. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the University at Buffalo School of Management. Additionally, Sandra is a participant in Leadership Buffalo.
