James Yost is an experienced financial leader with a robust background in internal audit and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Seneca Foods Corporation since December 2005, James Yost oversees risk assessment, audit process design, coordination of external audits, and communication with management and the Board. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Internal Audit at ConAgra Foods from 2001 to 2005 and served as the Director of Financial Reporting at International Home Foods from June 1990 to December 2000. Earlier in their career, James was a Controller at Palmer Industrial Coatings and managed Accounts Payable at Shell Oil Company. James Yost holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Accounting, both from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
