Jonathan Case has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent role was as the Managing Director of Making a Case Pty Ltd, where they collaborated with executive teams to design and execute strategies to maximize revenue and identify new income opportunities. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Agency Partnerships (ANZ) at Shopify, where they successfully delivered a significant number of new large merchants to the platform. Jonathan also has experience in the financial technology industry, having served as the Director of Business Development and Head of Business Development at Zip Co. In these roles, they developed and led sales strategies, negotiated commercial agreements, and secured launch partners for marketing campaigns. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Scentre Group, Westfield, Eye Corp Media, and Seven Affiliate Sales, where they demonstrated strong sales and leadership abilities. Throughout their career, they have achieved impressive results, such as delivering multimillion-dollar sales, increasing market share, and driving sales growth and profitability.
Jonathan Case completed an Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at TAFE NSW from 1998 to 2000. Jonathan then pursued an MBA (Executive) in Management at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, graduating from 2007 to 2010.
