Mark Sheffer has extensive experience in customer relationship building, currently serving as a Manager at Send Out Cards since January 2012, where the focus is on enhancing customer connections through personalized communication. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Service Advisor at Ride Now Powersports from May 2005 to May 2009, advising customers on service and repair needs for recreational motorsports vehicles while fostering trust and relationships. Mark's foundational experience began as an Automotive Technician at Green Mountain Autoworld in Lakewood, Colorado, from August 1986 to July 2004, where skills in diagnosing and repairing various vehicles were developed alongside a commitment to strong customer relations. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Denver Automotive and Diesel College, obtained from 1984 to 1985, and graduated from Arvada West High School between 1977 and 1979.
