Ennio Ochoa, CPA, currently serves as an Accounting Manager at Semtech since May 2022. Previously, Ochoa held various accounting roles at LegalZoom from January 2008 to May 2022, including Manager of Accounting & Consolidation, where responsibilities included reviewing S-1 and quarterly filings during LegalZoom’s IPO and leading the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close. Prior experience also includes senior accountant and staff accountant positions focused on labor capitalization and asset management. Earlier career highlights feature management roles in fulfillment operations at LegalZoom, alongside foundational experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor at California Select Mortgage and Casa Mortgage. Ochoa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from California State University, Northridge and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Los Angeles Valley College.
