Cuero Bugot has a range of experience in software engineering and management roles. Cuero started their career at LSI Logic, where they worked as a Software Developer, focusing on video software components and JAVA development. Cuero then moved on to Sagem, S.A., where they were initially an Embedded Software Developer for the DVBH Project, then became an Expert and Architect for the OS/Middleware software team, and finally became the Middleware Development Team Manager. After that, they worked at Anyware Technologies as a Project Manager and Senior Embedded Software Developer. Cuero then joined Sierra Wireless as an Embedded Software Manager and later became the Embedded Software Senior Manager. Currently, they work at Semtech as the Director of Software Engineering, responsible for a complete redesign of a full software stack for Cellular Router Networking equipment and driving organizational change to modern Agile processes.

Cuero Bugot attended Telekom Paris in 2003-2004, studying Audiovisual and Multimedia. From 2000 to 2004, they studied at IMT Atlantique, obtaining a degree in Telecommunications Engineering. In 2002, Cuero Bugot participated in an international project at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Prior to that, they attended Lycée Pierre De Fermat from 1998 to 2000, focusing on preparatory classes.
