Fella O. started their work experience as an Intern at the Commercial Office of Perú in Jakarta from March 2019 to June 2019. Fella then worked as an Account and Program Management Officer at the Executive Learning Institute Prasetiya Mulya from August 2019 to July 2022. Fella also served as an Enumerator & Data Analyst at Indonesia untuk Kemanusiaan from July 2021 to September 2021. Fella briefly worked as a Research and Data Analyst at Indonesia untuk Kemanusiaan from April 2022 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of an Account Manager for APAC at Semrush since July 2022.

Fella O. completed their high school education from Sekolah Global Indo-Asia (SGIA) between 2011 and 2014, where they earned a High School Diploma. During this time, their field of study was focused on Cambridge A Levels. Following their high school education, they pursued further studies at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) from 2014 to 2018. Here, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs.
