Jennifer Fletcher is a seasoned professional in regulatory and energy analysis, currently serving as the Regulatory and Policy Manager at Sempra Infrastructure since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Energy Analyst at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from March 2021 to March 2023, and Energy Trader at Sempra Energy between January 2020 and March 2021. Jennifer also held the position of Economist at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from September 2016 to January 2020, focusing on the Office of Enforcement and the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation. Additionally, Jennifer worked as an Analyst at DNV GL, managing data for energy efficiency programs, and contributed as a Research Assistant/Programmer at Statistics Collaborative, where operations supported FDA evaluations. An early career included office support at NMWRRI. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from New Mexico State University.
