Alison Estrada serves as the Executive and Internal Communications Manager at Sempra since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading strategic internal and external communications and executing communication events. Previously, at Dolmen Communications, LLC from June 2012 to November 2021, Alison worked as the Managing Director, overseeing various client communications and executive leadership initiatives. Prior experiences include roles at BAI, where Alison held positions such as Director of Knowledge Network and Director of Corporate Communications, contributing to product development and employee engagement strategies. Earlier in the career, Alison was Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at eFunds Corp, leading initiatives to enhance internal engagement across a global workforce. Alison holds dual B.A. degrees in Linguistics and French from University College Dublin and Television & Video Production from Columbia College Chicago, along with a diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
