Sara Vratonjic is an experienced professional in the fields of employee experience and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Employee Experience Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner at Ancient Gaming since September 2023. Simultaneously, Sara is a Career Development and IT Recruitment Trainer at Semos Education. Prior experience includes roles as an External Consultant for Recruitment and Selection at Tim Centar, and IT Recruiter at Quantox Technology, where Sara worked until September 2023. Additionally, a tenure as a Talent Acquisition and Assessment Specialist at SBB Serbia BroadBand and a psychologist role at One Assessment contributed to a comprehensive background in recruitment and assessment. Sara began their career with internships in human resources at Elektromreža Srbije and Erste Banka Srbija. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Belgrade.
