Charles (Chuck) Osteen is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network, telecommunications, and security management. Currently serving as the Network/ Telecommunications/Security Manager for the Seminole Tribe of Florida since January 2020, Osteen oversees the tribe's security, data, internet, VoIP, and video conferencing infrastructure, ensuring network connectivity across multiple locations. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Technology Services for the City of Pembroke Pines, where responsibilities encompassed data center operations and client support, as well as a consulting role as IT Senior Project Manager for the City of Delray Beach. Osteen's earlier experience includes managing communication and infrastructure for the City of West Palm Beach and serving as VP of Network Services at Riverside National Bank of Florida, highlighting a solid track record in technology leadership and strategic implementation.
