Rick Eubanks is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and management. Currently semi-retired since April 2024, Rick previously held various leadership roles at ElectroCraft from February 2016 to April 2024, including Plant Manager, Director of Global Operations, and North American Regional Site Leader. Prior to that, Rick spent nearly 30 years at Dana Holding Corporation in positions such as Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Manufacturing/Maintenance Manager, and Process Engineer. Additionally, Rick began a career in operations at Siemens as a Heavy Assembler and served in the US Army as a Hawk Fire Control Operator. Rick holds an Associate of Science degree in Applied Sciences from Oakland Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations, from Urbana University.
