Nathalia Gonçalves is an experienced Human Resources Analyst currently working at Semeq since June 2022. Nathalia's expertise includes recruitment and selection processes, behavioral analysis, onboarding, conflict resolution, and the development of internal policies and training programs. Previously, Nathalia worked at SER from March 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included training development, team management, and participation in strategic planning efforts. Nathalia also has experience as a Human Resources intern and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, completed in 2020.
