Nicholas Ng is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Sembcorp Industries Ltd since December 2021, where responsibilities include assessing the commercial viability of new technologies and developing innovative business models for market growth. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Development Executive at Sembcorp, Project Manager at Energetix Pte Ltd overseeing the execution of photovoltaic projects, and Development Partner at Enterprise Singapore, focusing on innovation and technology transfer. Nicholas also served as an Infantry Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces and gained early technical experience as a Technical Assistant at Phoenix Solar Singapore. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Product Design from the Singapore University of Technology and Design and a diploma in Clean Energy from Singapore Polytechnic, where the final year project involved the design and development of a solar car.
