Vili Vuorio currently serves as a Customer Success Developer at Semantix, where responsibilities include handling customer success development for Finland and assisting in Sweden and Norway, along with onboarding new customers. Prior experience includes working as a Category Specialist and Salesperson at Alko Oy from August 2018 to April 2023, and as a Customer Care Assistant Manager at Room Escape Tampere from November 2015 to December 2017, where employee training and account management were key duties. Vili also worked as a Technician at Uretek Australia for a brief period in 2014. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences since January 2023.
