Ephraim Israily has worked in the software quality assurance automation field since 2001. In 2001, they worked as an IT Manager at Hewlett Packard, where they installed and administered the company's Domain, DNS, NIS, email (SendMail), VPN, accounting, FTP and IIS accounts and servers. In 2002, they worked as a QA Specialist Consultant at Blue Falcon Networks, where they analyzed and tested the On Demand Streaming technology to cut bandwidth delivery costs for on demand video and music downloads. In 2003, they worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Symantec, where they were the technical lead for the LiveUpdate team, responsible for submitting, signing and publishing content ready for delivery. In 2006, they worked as an IT Consultant at Qace Systems Corporation. In 2007, they worked as a Senior QA Specialist Consultant at Canadian Tire Corporation, where they implemented Quality Management processes for their preliminary conversion of their mainframe pricing system. In 2010, they worked as a Sr. QA Automation JMeter Lead Engineer at ReachLocal Sales Applications, where they developed custom charts and reports using Google’s visualization API. In 2015, they worked as a Sr. QA Automation Engineer/Lead at Centerfield Corporation, where they wrote assortment of Python Selenium remote webdriver automation scripts. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Zynx Health, where they QA API Automation for Zynx Health API and FHIR. In 2018, they worked as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer Automation at CounterTack, where they led a QA team of six resources and refactored test suites in TestRail. Ephraim is currently working as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at SemanticBits, where they are the primary Quality Assurance automation and performance resource for two of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Payment Program Analytics and Reporting teams. Ephraim has built a kubernetes (k8s) JMeter distributed load testing platform in Amazon EC2 and generated comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports with each run to analyse and troubleshoot the bottlenecks.

Ephraim Israily attended UCLA Extension from 1997 to 1998, studying Computer Science. Ephraim also attended CLC and earned a degree in Computer Systems and Programming.
