Juan Martínez Baragaño is an accomplished industrial professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive at Cepillos Sacema since December 2010, Juan oversees operations in the production of industrial brushes and offers related services. Additionally, Juan holds positions as a board member at SEM and as the founder of Conecta Industria, a communication platform focused on industrial and technological sectors, both since 2018 and 2020 respectively. Prior roles include Industrial Engineer at Michelin and Product Development Engineer at Samoa Industrial, S.A. Juan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics from Universidad de Oviedo, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
