Agnes Dargent has over 18 years of professional experience. Agnes started their career in 2003 as a Communications Executive at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking. In 2005, they held a Senior Administrator role at Lloyds TSB and a Production Manager role at Thomson Reuters. In 2007, they moved to Whitehead Mann as a Marketing Associate. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Sales Communications Manager at Royal Mail. In 2011, they took a backpacking trip around the world. In 2012, they became the Director and Teacher at The Petits Painters Ltd. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Sales Enablement Project Manager and International Training Facilitator at Lectra. In 2022, they took on roles as a Sales Enablement Specialist at Sellsy and a University Lecturer at IAE Bordeaux.

Agnes Dargent received their Master's degree in International Business from KEDGE Business School in 2002 and a Master's degree in International Business from Bordeaux Management School in 2002. Agnes also obtained a Master's degree with First Class Honours in Fine Art from Bordeaux 3 university in 2002. In 2001, they completed an Erasmus program at the University of Bradford in Graphic Media Communication. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Concevoir et animer une action de formation from Manitude.
