Ole Burkhardt has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ole started their career as a Praktikant at Gleiss Lutz in 2017 and then worked as a Marketing Intern at C3 Creative Code and Content. In 2018, they joined Berlin Cuisine as a Logistics Operations Specialist and later transitioned to Berlin Cuisine again in 2022, this time in the role of Business Operations. In 2019, Ole joined M&C Saatchi Berlin as a Project Manager and worked there until 2021. From 2020 to 2022, they also worked as a Working Student at DoctorBox. Currently, they are employed as a Business Development Consultant at Sellside Group, LLC starting in 2023.

Ole Burkhardt completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts from Universität der Künste Berlin. Ole attended the university from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, they enrolled in the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Development Engineering. Their studies at UC Berkeley concluded in 2023.

Additionally, in September 2020, Ole obtained a certification in Financial Markets from Yale University through Coursera.
