Laurel grew up in Bend, Oregon before moving to Washington. Laurel is no beginner when it comes to skiing either – she was on the cross-country ski racing team in high school! Laurel is always pushing herself to learn new things, and she never shies away from a challenge. As she puts it, “pushing past the boundaries of what teams like mine have done in the past,” is one of her many aspirations. Laurel’s favorite part about working at Sellen is finding new ways to surprise people with the things she and her team can do to help them. Her drive for innovation and willingness to help others make Laurel a valuable member of the team in her role as a VDC lead.
