Luca Mathia Bertoncello has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of creative direction, design, and brand strategy. Luca Mathia is currently working as the Creative Director at Montura S.r.l., where they are responsible for global creative direction for product and marketing, as well as design lead for all product lines, brand identity, and strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Creative Director at Selle Royal Group, where they led the creative team for global product and brand campaigns for various brands. Luca Mathia also founded MATHIA in 2003, where they supported international companies in developing brand, design, and art directions. Furthermore, they have held various roles at fi'zi:k, PEdALED, Selle San Marco, H-FARM Ventures, PANNIER.CC, Vikey, and Italian Composite 6, where they contributed to brand management, design consultancy, and product management. Throughout their career, Luca Mathia Bertoncello has demonstrated a passion for sport design and a strong understanding of market and consumer needs.
Luca Mathia Bertoncello obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design and Arts with full marks from Università Iuav di Venezia in the period from 2000 to 2003. In 2018, they also received certification in "Il nuovo senso della followership: la relazione di collaborazione al passo con le attuali dinamiche organizzative" from Niuko - Forema - Risorse in Crescita.
