Mauro Vergani has extensive experience in design and user experience, currently serving as Head of Design at Banca Sella since June 2016, overseeing the Design Studio team focused on service and UX/UI design within the Online Channels division. Prior roles include Head of UX Design and UX Design Lead, contributing to digital transformation and marketing efforts. Mauro began their career as a UX/UI Designer at IWBank Private Investments and IWBank S.p.A. and worked as a freelance Web Designer. Mauro holds a degree in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano.
